We’re Hiring | Hotel Manager – Luxury Segment São Tomé and Príncipe We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead the overall management of a luxury hospitality property located on a tropical and paradisiacal island in São Tomé and Príncipe. This senior leadership role requires a strong operational mindset, a passion for excellence in luxury service, and the ability to lead teams in a unique and inspiring environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all hotel operations, ensuring the highest luxury standards across all departments Deliver exceptional, highly personalised guest experiences, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations Manage budgets, control costs and monitor key financial and operational KPIs Lead, develop and motivate multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism Ensure the property’s maintenance, presentation and brand image reflect its luxury positioning Handle complex guest situations and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests and stakeholders Collaborate on Sales & Marketing initiatives to strengthen the hotel’s positioning in the luxury market Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene and HACCP regulations Promote sustainable and responsible tourism practices aligned with the destination Profile & Requirements Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Management or a related field Proven senior management experience in luxury or premium hospitality environments Strong leadership, decision-making and people management capabilities Solid financial expertise, including budgeting and cost control Strong guest-oriented approach with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory; additional languages are highly valued What We Offer A unique opportunity to lead a luxury boutique hotel in a tropical and exclusive destination A professional and inspiring work environment Competitive compensation package, aligned with experience and seniority Interested candidates are invited to apply via LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4365499364 or submit their application to our email
